Hannah brings a friendly, organized, and service-focused approach to supporting the Johnson Ranch community. With several years of experience in administrative and customer-facing roles, she is known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
 
Hannah serves as Johnson Ranch’s first point of contact for compliance questions, account and assessment inquiries, payments, and general community assistance. She helps ensure requests are handled efficiently and directed appropriately, making day-to-day interactions smooth and straightforward for residents.
 
Based in the San Antonio area, Hannah enjoys building positive relationships and creating a welcoming experience. She takes pride in being approachable, reliable, and ready to help support the needs of the Johnson Ranch community.
Alex Morrow
Community Manager
 
Alex has been a dedicated professional in the community management industry since 2018, with experience overseeing both large-scale master-planned communities of more than 5,800 homes and smaller associations of fewer than 100 units. Her background includes managing day-to-day community operations, supporting boards of directors, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and maintaining consistent operational standards.
 
Born and raised in Houston, Alex relocated to Boerne, TX, in September 2024 and has served as Community Manager for Johnson Ranch since that time. She is committed to effective governance, operational efficiency, and the long-term success of the community.
