ROOM RENTAL FEE & DEPOSIT: Minimum rental time is two (2) hours; does not include set-up and clean up. The maximum rental time is five (5) hours.
1. Community Room Rental Fee - $75.00 for the first 2 hour, plus $25.00 for each additional hour
2. Pool Access Rental Fee – (Covered by the Community Room Rental Fee)
- Max 25 persons (swim at your own risk)
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A $200 Security Deposit is required when the reservation is made (paperwork submitted).
PAYMENT FOR ROOM RENTAL:
The room rental fee must be received within 14 days of the rental date.
Availability:
Check for room availability by checking the
calendar.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. As a courtesy to all renters, cancellations made with less than seven (7) days of advanced notice are non-refundable. In this instance, the rental fee is not refunded, however, the security deposit will be returned.
